Happy People Vs Sad People

Do happy people have happy things in their life? Do sad people have sad things in their life? Are people happy because they have happy things in life? Are people sad because they have sad things in life?

This is a popular wrong belief or hypothesis, people have over happy and sad life.

The truth is God blessed man or every living being with both happy and sad things. Not a single creature on earth blessed only happiness or blessed only sadness. God blesses both good and bad to everybody, every creature on earth.

Then, how come one person is happy and another person is sad.

Happy people are conscious of happy things, and they remember, praise their happy things they have in life. They ignore or underrate the bad things in their life. So they are happy.

Sad people are conscious of sad things and they remember, grieve over their sad things they have in life. They ignore or underrate the happy things in their life. So they are sad people.

That’s it. Life has both good and bad. If we tilt towards good, we are happy. If we tilt towards bad, then we are sad.

Rich, poor, young, old, man, woman, sick, healthy…. irrespective of their categorization, everybody has both good and bad. What we are conscious decides whether we are happy or sad person.

Irrespective of happy or sad person, everybody is subjected to uncertainties of life. Ups and downs of life happens to both sad and happy people. People succeed, fail, become rich, become poor, fell ill, become healthy, beautiful, ugly, becoming old/aging… all will embrace anybody irrespective of happy or sad people.

Being a happy person, does not mean that you will undergo happy experiences always. Being a sad person, does not mean that you will undergo sad experiences always. Happy people remember happy experiences and forget sad experiences. Sad people remember sad experiences and forget happy experiences.

Rarely some people’s mind is always tilted to happy things. Majority of people’s mind is always tilted to sad things. I do not know why mind is naturally inclined towards sad things. Some people understand this concept and they consciously and effortfully remember good things in their life and forget bad things in their life and eventually become happy people.

We have to program our mind to tilt towards happy things in our life. We have to consciously remember good things in our life.

The good time to tune or reprogram our mind is immediately after wakeup from sleep. Mostly early morning or at what time you wakeup. After wakeup but before become fully awaken, there is a semi-state or semi-sleep state. After wakeup, we will be in that state for 15 to 30 minutes. We have to use that moment to reprogram or tune our mind. During this time, we have to remember good things we have in our life. Have gratitude to God for more effect. If we practice this remembering good things in our life and thank God for blessing those good things in our life – for 3 to 6 months, then we will become happy person. You have to continue this practice permanently, if your mind has a natural tendency to tilt towards bad things. Do not stop this practice in such case if you want to be happy.

The good thing may be tiny, small, not much important….does not matter, keep remembering it.

Happiness or Sadness is a state of mind or delusion, which has it’s impact on body and mood, and in our reflexes, speech, and action. That’s it.
