Vegetables Poritha Kootu Recipe
Ingredients: Green Gram Dhal - 1/4 Cup Beans Chopped 1/2 Cup Carrot chopped - 1 Potato Cubed -1 Peas - 1/2 Cup Turmeric Powder Salt Boil Green Gram Dhal Separately and keep Boil all the vegetables with salt and turmeric. For Paste Oil Cumin Seeds Pepper Balls Red Chilies Perungaya Thool Grated Coconut - 2 tbsp Saute all the above ingredients and make it as a paste.
