Breathing Problem is one of the most painful disease. Every Disease is painful :). It is takes longer time to cure it and it is re-eruptive. It becomes a chronic illness easily.

There is something called eosinophil count in our blood. Once the count is more u are prone to breathing problems.

Usually cold will be accompanied with the breathing problem.
But it is not necessary to have breathing problem if u have cold.

Breathing Problem - Commonly called Wheezing is a disease in which u will not be able to breathe properly with ur nose. Thereby increasing the chances of breathing through your mouth which is not advisable at all.

Wheezing is a problem with the lungs. A very mild sound will be coming which can be felt by the self. The sound comes as a result of not able to breathe properly.

Wheezing can be identified by the patient immediately it starts. The Patient feels something like blocking near the lungs and the chest. Once this feeling is felt it is better to put the medicine than to suffer with the pain.

In Initial days Deriphlyn was the medicine given to wheezing, which will take atleast an hour to reduce the wheezing, as the medicine has to get mixed with the blood.

If wheezing is more deriphyln injection can also be put.

Nowadays there is puff or inhaler, once it is taken it will reduce wheezing in 10 mts as the medicine is inhaled through mouth and reaches the lungs directly and sooner.

Wheezing may arise due to allergies also like dust allergy.

1. The Best and foremost method is strictly doing breathing asanas or exercises regularly on a daily basis. Doing other yoga also has an impact in reducing the wheezing.

2. Avoiding Sweets and oily foods. When wheezing or cold is there, it is better to avoid sweets and oily foods as these will increase both.

3. Regular Walking.

4. Avoiding Constipation.

5. Having Natural Treatments to reduce cold.
